David Eugene Ivey
I See You
“I See You” It’s a song from David's upcoming “Driving” album, and it reflects one of the stories of his life. Originally written in 2002.
David shares, "I was going through a trial of understanding with what my family, my grandparents, and my ancestors, as a larger sense and sensibility were asking of me. I’m the child in this song. Here at your table… Looking out the windows. And I was asking a lot of them. I still am."
We hope you’ll check it out and download it to your family and traveling playlist.
The Eric Evans Project
Ode to Joy
You’ll love his lustrous-jazzy touch on this eternally adored classic, “Ode to Joy”! This refreshed arrangement was given new inspiration with insights from Gary Santo-Pietro, (an integral part of Evans’ live shows and played Acoustic Guitar on the Track). David Eugene Ivey and Eric collaborated for the final arrangement, mix, and vibe with the addition of modern and classic orchestration, keys, and smooth synths! Bassist Ian Martin (Barry Manilow, Brian Simpson) lays down the essential bedrock on acoustic bass, Dan Needham on drums (Michael McDonald, Jonathan Butler) And, to add next level zest, Billboard Chart topping Adam Hawley appears with keyboards and acoustic guitar! Adam Hawley Productions brings it all together!
